The Landmark Hotel and SPA Leisure Club Dundee By Sunday

The location was suitable when travelling north.Breakfast I cannot comment on cause we did not have.

We had stayed here 2 yrs ago and it was splendid so we were expecting the same service but we were disappointed.Poor bar service and not good understanding of the drinks menu,which resulted in receiving the wrong drinks.Bar supper menu(not like the previous stay when it was a l carte).Both ordered scampi and chips which we received one and half hours later.Room was dark,dull,paintwork all chipped .The hotel it self looks tired and would benefit from a good makeover.

Not much to be honest

The staff weren't very friendly or professional at check out , no nice chat like hope you enjoyed your stay ,, was everything ok ? did you have any plans for your day , got just a that's you All talking in their native tongue at the desk is the height of ignorance to English speaking staff and visitors. Travelled the world and never encountered ignorance like it in my homeland We had a Sia day booked we just left as the pool was tiny! And not clean looking , very crowded

Hotel rundown , grubby , breakfast not cooked properly and was inedible

Good location for an overnight stay in Dundee. The staff very nice and helpful.

Bathroom was a bit dated and could do with an upgrade
