Clean, comfortable and very convenient location

The room is clean, but the location is not as good as I expected.

not a good service. although they claim they offer free breakfast, no breakfast, only coffee. not even have a table or chair to seat and drink your coffee.

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Can’t do anything about the street noise, but I heard every noise going in rooms around me. I stay at hotels often and this is not normal.

Parking lot on first floor under the hotel and elevator takes you right to your room

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient walking distance to the downtown area and covered parking.

There were too many men grouped around either in parking lot, lobby or hallway morning and night. It felt very unsafe. The area had boarded up windows. Definitely did not feel comfortable or safe.

Check in was fast. Answered all our questions about the area. Gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner. Room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The rims are big comfortable and clean that smells so good ,the breakfast just the basic on the front office,the area is not the best that’s why the 4 Stars but I’ll stayed there again they have a lot of security cameras around
