Stayed here while on a road trip. Experienced our first earthquake; that was weird. Glad the building was able to withstand the shakes. Convenient location.

Horrible continental breakfast, very limited items. No milk

We were pleasantly surprised! From the outside, it doesn't look like much. It even seemed a little scary in the parking garage. Once inside, (after getting off the elevator) we walked into a wonderfully well kept hallway that looked and smelled fresh and clean. The room was very clean, updated and cozy. There was great care making the room clean and comfy. There was quite a bit of construction happening around the property (Oct 2023) so it was noisy in the morning and the streets were tricky to navigate.

They had clients who arrived in a truck that were making noise all night, they didn't let us sleep, we spoke to reception and they told us that they couldn't do anything

The elevator from the parking area was very nice! My stay was peaceful.

The pillows are very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. The room is quite adequate. The front desk and room attendants are friendly and helpful. Had some nice conversations with both. A great location if you’re on foot for both downtown and old town.
