Room was clean nicely

No one at front desk upon arrival . Note said “helping another customer “. Waited for 15 minutes, unable to reach anyone during this time. When attendant finally showed up, he just said… “Checking in?”—-not even…sorry for the wait… Did mention this to the manager the next morning, upon check out and she was very nice, apologized and will make sure if ever no one at Front desk, they will take phone with them to answer calls.

It was good except the room was not being cleaned the following morning. When we returned to the room, the beds were not made and had no clean towels.

Staff was outstanding. Receptive, attentive and responsive. Beds were incredibly soft and for the first time in a long time, a hotel bed that did not hurt my back.

Handicap room was quite a distance from the main entrance and back door lock would not allow entry from outside. You could leave but not enter. Shower was extremely slippery
