Great location. Nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. Extremely reasonable price for being in downtown Bellevue. Great service. I stayed here before and they’re always extremely accommodating unfriendly. Good amenities and a great restaurant attached to the hotel which I highly recommend. It’s the only place I stay when I come to Bellevue.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is always so nice and smiling. One time I left my AirPods but they found a it and kept it. Other time I left my phone and called them from airport that I will pick it up in a month when I come next and they had it ready for me. You get woods breakfast and free coffee card for your stay. The location is awesome with target Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within walking distance. The hotel does not have 5 start rooms because it is not a 5 star but you are treated better than a 5 start customer.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel 116 in Bellevue. Everything exceeded my expectations – the room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, creating a perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation, which made the entire trip even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the experience felt smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bellevue area. A wonderful and memorable stay!
