Best location for us

They didn’t keep the breakfast food stocked so after being open an hour there was nothing left. Bathrooms are getting run down

A bit after we checked in we realized our air conditioning was not working. We went down to the front desk to see what could be done and the gal working the desk was on her cell phone. She said rudely, hold on someone is at the front desk. We told her about the AC and she apologized and moved us to a different room after trying to get in touch with maintenance. We go to the new room to find the bed is unmade and dirty towels are on the bathroom floor. So back to the front desk we go. And her response was, well apparently housekeeping does not know what a clean room means. Finally we did get a third room however it was next to the elevator. Also tiles in entryway were not only cracked but pieces broken off and just set back in place. Would not stay here again.

"Nice room"

The hotel overall was ok, a little worn down. But the room was nice, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. Couldn't have 2 people in there getting ready. Loved that the bathroom mirror was somehow treated so that the center didn't steam up! Didn't like that what looked like transients were always in the lobby.

The lobby was nice.

Pool heater was broke. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the heated pool. I have three little kids with me and they couldn't swim. The breakfast was awful. One of my guests became I'll after eating the sausage. Beds were dirty. The curtains were not clean. The floors were filthy. The tub was no clean. No pool and not able to let kids in tub either.
