"Bad"

We canceled our reservation for Friday night and kept saturday night. When we arrived saturday, the clerk said you canceled your reservation, I see. But she could give us a room but we would be charged two nights because she considers us a no show. I said how can you consider us a no show when you see we canceled one of two nights following all cancelation rules. She said it is our policy. We refuse this policy it ridiculous. We went elsewhere to a hotel that followed the rules they post.

"Don't stay here"

The price.

The staff was not friendly. They wanted to charge me again after the room I booked and paid for was given to someone else. The room was dirty. The bath tub would not drain water. Breakfast was a joke. They had coffee. But the creamer was empty both days. They wiped off the counter. So I know they noticed it was out.

"Inn to relax."

This hotel was truly comfortable and colorful with a nice lobby. They provided yummy cookies in the evening time. My wife and I also enjoyed the location as they are in walking distance to Red Lobster as well as other shops and they conveniently have a bus stop so you can get to the St. Clair Square Mall if you don't want to drive.

The only issue I had was my key stopped it's programming but we just had them rekey it without issue.
