"Dirty, smelly and trashed rooms that my athletes and I were charged a fortune for."

Nothing!!!

I was charged over double what I was quoted. When calling back to discuss this with the owner she was extremely rude. I was willing to pay the agreed upon price but argued with me telling me that the higher price was what I had agreed to. It was not! I paid more for this 1 star hotel than what I paid the weekend before at a 4 star Hilton in Mattoon.

Front desk clerk was able to adjust my reservation, when I had entered incorrectly on-line. Kudo to him. Room was clean , bathroom could use some maintenance. Overall everything was good, But, Went to breakfast and most everything was gone. One piece of bread. some cookies. There was cereal and yogurt available.

Not alot for breakfast but we weren't there for that. There are places very close by that have more for food. Quiet and clean & affordable. Definitely will rebook when in the area.
