AIr con in room did not work. Car park barrier broken - had to return to reception to resolve. Unhelp with evening arrival.

Recepionist was abrupt, unhelpful, said it was my fault not being able to get in when in fact the barrier was broken. Other cars had to turn around.

DONT GO HERE! They ruined our family vacation. The russian bi÷×h who is on the front desk can't understand English and is combative. We have to fight them with fraud charges that they added rooms have real maintenence issues kids got sick at the filthy pool I could go on just boycott this immigration hell hole

Front desk associates could smile. Housekeeping service could do their actual job. Even when I called and requested for service, towels were not replaced and bed was not made. Expensive parking. Even for hotel guests. The only hotel group (which also includes Holiday Inn) that has no streaming apps on tv. Come on! It’s 2026 already. All other hotels have that.

Ho soggiornato due notti. Non mi è stato fatto il riassetto della camera e quando l’ho fatto notare mi hanno detto che non c’era più lo staff disponibile per farlo. Non servono cappuccino e caffè espresso e la motivazione è che non hanno gli strumenti per farlo. Ad un hotel vicino all’aeroporto consiglierei più apertura verso i gusti e le abitudini di un pubblico eterogeneo che viaggia e che magari ha bisogno di comfort dopo un viaggio durato 17 ore come il mio

At the start of my next journey, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza as my next flight left early in the morning. The 1st observation that when I arrived to the airport and called about the shuttle, I was told that it was not running and would have to wait 1-2 hours. Not focused on the customer as I arrived around 6 PM. Finally took a taxi to the hotel. Was given a room where several of the outlets were not working including the light for the desk and the refrigerator. Reported the issue, but no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. The bed was okay, the heating system fan was very noisy, so not the best for sleeping In summary, did not feel like a Crowne Plaza at all, but rather a Holiday Inn Express.
