"Pass on this airport hotel"

Staff supervisor was not concerned about customer experience and incorrect information provided by hotel staff regarding shuttle service from airport Blamed hotel owners for not updating website. He didn’t mention his fellow team members not communicating accurately shuttle schedule on 2 separate calls. Regarding room itself, there was black mold on top of drapes.
