"Do NOT Park & Ride here"

Park & Ride Review: We booked the standard king room with 15 night parking. The check-in was smooth - nice young man, polite and efficient. Asked me to pay 1 additional night since our car would be parked technically 16 days. No problem. The room was fine, folio upon leaving clearly shows that we paid for the room with 15 nights + 1 night extra parking charge. BEWARE: upon our return to SFO, we waited for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. After watching other hotel shuttles come and go for >15 minutes, I called the hotel at 10:47 am to be told unapologetically that the shuttle driver took his break starting at 10:40 am and won't be back on the job until 11:40 am. What?!? So a $39 Lyft ride later, we returned to the hotel to pick up our car. The woman behind the counter (same who answered my phone call earlier) reviewed my bill and said she didn't see the parking fee charged to my account so I would need to pay the 16 night parking fee. I turned around and left. The booth to exit the parking lot wanted $384 for me to leave the lot. SUMMARY: Do not book this hotel for your park and ride. Find something else. Between their limited-to-only-morning airport drop offs, unpredictable airport pick up and extortion to finally get your car out of the lot, this place is B.S. Minor detail: the airport noise was quite loud. Felt like we were near the departure end of the runway. Bring earplugs.

To express my satisfaction with my recent stay. The exceptionally clean and comfortable beds ensured a restful night. We also greatly appreciated the convenient freeway access, which significantly simplified our travels.

Based on my observations from my recent stay, the absence of an in-room microwave, several malfunctioning electrical outlets, and that the pool facilities were not as expected, and the parking lot and elevator appears to require significant maintenance.
