Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport by IHG

Stayed here because it’s convenient to SFO airport, we had an early flight. This property needs to be updated. The hot water was nonexistent, luke warm at best. The curtains are filthy. The restaurant is bare bones pub food. I’ll be looking for another hotel.

The hotel itself, and particularly the rooms, are quite rundown. Several things in my room did not work properly—hot water was especially unreliable. The room also felt generally unclean, although the beds were comfortable. Front desk service was inconsistent and somewhat sketchy overall.

Dining room and food very good. All employees very helpful.

Shuttle didn't start until 5 AM. Too late for a 6 AM flight.

Perfect hotel room for a quick stay before a flight! It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, which was exactly what we needed. We especially appreciated that they are pet-friendly, allowing our dog to stay with us. Highly recommended!

It was close to the airport so convenient for a quick trip

The hotel could be much much cleaner. Plumbing issues in my room and no microwave in the room is a downside to someone that was alone and had walking issues From a few months ago old surgery.
