No encontraban mi reservación y el la habitación no me gustó

1st room: toilet didn’t work properly ie it did not flush and tank didn’t refill. 2nd room: tv did not work and shower water only got warm, not hot. 3rd room: carpet outside bathroom is soaking wet and there’s water in the closet door track, but at least the tv works. I’m only staying 2 nights and this is the first time I’ve ever had to change rooms at all let alone twice. This hotel is old, run down, worn out, and dated. It needs a complete remodel or just demo it and build a new one. Employees are nice and helpful though!
