Extended Stay America Suites Sacramento Northgate

after a 12 hour day the bed and pillow was very comfortable and I slept surprisingly great, also appreciated its a dog friendly hotel however the type of patrons that book their stay here allow their dogs unleashed (unsafe)

the room smelled like cigarettes and was on the sheets fortunately not on the towels. we brought our own blankets and air fresheners and candles to eliminate the smell during our stay but its definitely not worth coming back no matter how cheap it is

El trato de el personal del hotel es pésimo No me querían recibir allí, primero dijeron que no tenía reserva, luego que si estaba pero mi pago no registraba, les mostré el correo de confirmación y ahí si ya les apareció pero me pidieron la tarjeta con la que había pagado el hotel y me dijeron que había llegado muy tarde(10:00pm) y que ya no tenían esa habitación entonces me darían otra pero tenía que pagar 17 dólares más. Les dije que no era justo y me dijeron que entonces me fuera y llamara a booking. Ya era muy tarde y terminé pagando los 17 dólares extra por que tenía que descansar. La habitación estaba con cabellos y olor feo. No fue una buena estancia. Me disgustó la actitud de el personal. Pésimo servicio. La persona que nos atendió fue muy grosero

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful I always enjoy my stay here.

Peaceful ad quiet

Bed felt lumpy, like a large person lay down in one spot and caused the bed to dip down in that spot.

Practically nothing. We're sorry we booked and paid in advance.

Building, room and furnishings were outdated. Floor titles broken and stained. Room. Bed was lomppy and uncomfortable. Bathroom was not well cleaned with floor corners very dirty. We would have left if we had not paid in advance through booking site. We're not returning here.

The staff are very helpful, respectful & friendly. There’s so many food places to choose from. Very easy access to the freeway.

Desk clerk taking too long to check in . Bed made noise when twist and turn. TV sitting too low can’t see when lay down.
