Dirty, cig smell

Nothing really.

It's run down, I could hear absolutely everything from the people in the room next to me, under me and outside. Every time I move the bed hits the wall. My entire experience wasn't good.

I like the elevator assistance & the Ac/heating unit.

My room I paid for had half of the lights working, spider webs were on the ceiling, Cut off cord of the Iron, Door was barely secure, Wifi Connection was a little difficult. I had another group of friends who also booked the same building but a different room and it was worst. Lock had one nail holding it together, Mirror was behind the TV, lights barely worked.

Categorically, the lodging met high standards for location, atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, noise level service and amenities.

Excellent deal for the price. Throughout my stay I've impeccable customer service from the entire staff. Dollar-for-dollar this is one of the better hotels in the city.

It was close to the venue I was attending

I booked the room for 3 nights to attend a special event and because it had a kitchen so i could save on food. When i arrived, I opened the cupboards and found them empty. There was a small sign on the counter that said "Customize your kitchen" "The items below are available to use in your in room kitchen. Please contact the front desk to make your selection. " So I went to the front desk and asked for some kitchen utensils that they offered (pots, pans, bowls, plates, coffee cups, regular cups, silverware, spatula, etc. ), a coffee maker, and a toaster. Needless to say, all I got was a 10" skillet with lid, a plastic cooking spoon, 1 cup, 2 teaspoons, 2 forks, and 1 knife. Besides all that, there were no complimentary toiletries, no blow dryer, The hotels discription said it had all these amenities and a carpeted floor. There was no carpet, and the floor was disgusting. There is a pic of a napkin that I wet and wiped a 3 inch area of the floor, that is filthy. The thought of saving money on food was shot down the toilet. What a ripoff, what a dump, this was the worst place in my life that I stayed or even seen.

It close to work and the employee is very nice Zolie and Darline have good customer service. and the room are big and clean,

Richard was great and the whole team were great, value was good. Atmosphere good but area is uncontrollable, be aware of that. Security is on top of their job here.
