The room had a bad odor, sink leaked, bathtub leak, dirty around the toilet. Cockroach on desk. Sheets were stained but clean. Door handles were loose.

We didn’t have any issues here. Everything was clean and all was quiet and staff was friendly.

Ok for the money. Stains on sheet and dingy looking towels. Other than that, room was clean. A/C worked great, coffee maker in room, quiet and I felt safe. Shower was good. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Convenient to historic Route 66 and a few classic restaurants on Route 66.

I arrived on the evening of April 12, 2024. The nightshift desk clerk was not very helpful about giving me the room of my choice. And he's pretty sketchy. I advise the owner to keep an eye on him and the day shift manager. I had a dog with me and he said the pet fee was $10 which he would not allow me to be put on the card with the rest of the bill. He said it needed to be CASH! I asked for a receipt and he told me he couldn't give me one until morning. "Sooo...what? You don't tell your owner the customer had a pet and you pocket the cash??? And maybe you and your day manager split the proceeds? I'm going to report you." Then the desk clerk became accommodating to give me a better room. The next morning, the $10 pet fee was listed on the receipt but I suspect because I told him I would report it so he knew I will be looking to see if they put it on the receipt. Some people might think it's not my business, but I don't like to see workers steal from employers - if you feel you deserve more money, ask for a raise or find another job. Theft causes businesses to fail or to have to raise prices. So, if you own this place, begin scrutinizing what's done there more carefully.

everything is good except for that one worker, she caused some problems for me without there even being a problem and now i feel the wrong type of attention. she shouldn't work in customer service because when she failed to prove her point she should have carried on with business. instead she caused a scene

very clean, very friendly. Coffee pot in room didn't not work.

It wasn't the cheapest stay so expected more. Room felt damp, including sheets. Refrigerator didn't work and had standing water in the freezer. Towels had stains. All of them. Musty smell.

Everything was super cool, the guy at the front desk was super nice and professional, room was clean. very close to Walmart and places to eat. overall, the property was clean and quiet. best place for the money, I definitely would recommend.

Outdated annd smelled old and the mattress was worn and the springs was felt through the mattress. You could hear the springs creak when you sat on the edge of the bed The sheet and towels was dirty and photos were taken and provided to the attendant and to Expedia. The attendant was helpful and friendly.
