Days Inn by Wyndham El Reno

The room was absolutely perfect. Very clean staff was very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for the price you can't beat it. I was very pleased and no complaints whatsoever.

Tons of bed bugs! Rooms look clean! But we got up and slept in our car. After each of us got multiple bites from bed bugs! I took pictures of them. Was offered 1/3 of our money back.person at the counter barely understandable.

Location near I-40 was good for us. Front Desk services was very friendly, helpful, efficient and capable. We require a ground floor pet friendly room, smoking is a bonus and they were able to accommodate us in Room 130. With 11 years working in the lodging industry, I know what to look for in a room. There were no bug, cleaning or maintenance issues with our room. The only thing that could have been better was internet connections, but it was not a necessity.

The stay was adequate for our purposes, but the hotel was dated and hadn’t been invested in in a long time.

Just okay! Clean! Last available room in the area when we checked in @ 5:00 am in the morning ( this was the forth stop of the surrounding choices) and they weren’t very accommodating when we requested a 12 noon check out! May have been a language issue, but….if your in the hospitality industry…..just sayin’!😁

Stayed here for 1 week because OKC hotels were booked up. Lady at front desk was nice and check in was smooth. Room was decent but had water damage. Everything was damp and frogs and gnats were everywhere. Got bit up by unidentified bugs. Stay was tolerable until the creepy manager’s husband noticed my spouse and called our room at 11:30pm pretending to be Days Inn customer service. He was trying to see if she was alone. He subsequently called back trying again more aggressively. The next day we checked out and my wife told the female at the front desk (his wife) what he did and how inappropriate it was. She seemed embarrassed and apologetic. Would not recommend if you are a female traveling alone or with children.

It is always clean. I think it needs the mattress replaced but overall cleanliness is more important to me. The hotel is basically quiet and not a lot of vehicle traffic. I don’t eat the continental breakfast/coffee. So I have no opinion on it.

Excellent value. Comfortable bed(Rm 128). All appliances worked well. Continental breakfast(unknown to us at time of booking) was outstanding--OJ, muffins, cereal, kolaches, egg & cheese mini omelets. Would not only stay here again, but would highly recommend to our friends. Convenient location and well-lit at night.
