Econo Lodge Cherry Point

The property was pretty good. The people were pretty good. Just the rooms won’t write and the TV didn’t work and the lamp was messed up but other than everything was good

I didn’t like that the TV didn’t work. The lamp were messed up in the room. Light switches were messed up. definitely choosing another hotel next time no cable TV at all

This property was disgusting! My room had roaches, smelled like feet and had ONE flat sheet as a blanket. I asked to change rooms only to find out the other room was worse. The bathroom was dirty, the one flat sheet provided on the bed had blood and cigarette holes. The attendant refused to provide any further assistance. When I refused to stay I asked for my money back and again I was denied. I DID NOT stay. And lost out on the cost of this room.

Never again will I book here. As well as I will make sure anyone I come across will be told about my experience. Capital SANP and CHOICE HOTEL INTERNANTIONAL INC need to make this right. I also have more photos of the filth but could only download a few.

The room honestly look like it was falling apart the staff was great and everything but the ceiling look like it was literally going to fall on top of you overnight while you were sleeping the windows did not lock for some reason

Basically the room honestly it was not the best there was exposed wiring on an outlet with no cover in the bathroom the conditions were not great either

The receptionist was very nice ,friendly and accommodating.

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the shower didn't seem clean. I kept finding long strands of blonde hair and I have short black hair. The washcloth was stained.

The front desk manager was very rude. When I informed them that i had done the steps they requested to change my stay they said they did not receive anything from booking about a reservation modification. They then told me that i had to contact booking again to cancel the original reservation to then book again. The score for the hotel like you see in restaurants was like a 73.

Location

Dirty, hot, and the room was not nice but it was somewhere to stay in a good location.

It was located close to where I needed to stay rooooms sooooo out dated carpet nasty and scratches on everything missing trim and the latest pillow I ever seen and a sheet and thin cover

Umm price but you get what you pay for
