Club Comanche Hotel, St. Croix

Do not stay at this hotel as the service is the worst I have ever experienced. Be sure to know you do not matter to them and they are a hotel that does not do the right thing for the client. The management is extremely disrespectful and you will not feel valued. When i asked for his supervisor he said i was threatening him. I suppose if you did the right thing you would have nothing worry about Bob. I would still like to speak to your supervisor on your terrible service. Front desk girls are super nice. Too bad they have to work for you.

My husband and I’s second honeymoon was utterly ruined. The room was horrible, louvered windows that let in every sound and smells from the surrounding restaurants but the kicker was the hundreds of roosters that crowed from our 3pm check in until 4:00am only to start again at 5:30am. The rocking horse of a toilet, the broken ceiling fan, the uncovered dry extra pillows, the broken shelf in the shower & no curtains in the closet sized room. Save your money and sanity.

The staff dont harass you and let u enjoy your vacation

The room was dirty, hair in the shower and no help to get it cleaned. No staff was available so we could seek help. Made many phone calls to no avail. We actually canceled and went to another property.

This place is a dump! Book this place and the room was very dirty. The toilet was not even flushed and there was poop in the toilet. I would be very surprised if they even changed the sheets on the bed. There was no pool and it was empty - no water! We were going to stay an additional night because our plans had changed (and there were no other available hotels in Christiansted) at which they stated was ok at first. Instead they called and told us we needed to leave exactly at 11am. When we did not get there promptly they took our belongings out of the room without our permission. I would not recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy.

Hotel was super cute and and close to everything. The pool is down so that was a bummer, I think it’s still needing repairs from the hurricanes. I would definitely stay again though.

My stay was originally from Monday thru Friday. However, my first night I kept awake by a terrible noise like someone was breaking thru the window. I left some food on the refrigerator and several rats got a hold of it. I was a hostage from 12:38 thru 3:15 when the food was all gone. I checked out the following morning no one was available to check me out and I called a number provided and the young lady told me to file this complaint with Expedia in order to get my refund. The advertisement was misleading and the guest service is terrible. There are 2 sides to the hotel, the one I was placed in is not on the ad it is an older building in need of repairs. You drag your bags up the stairs as well. I am requesting the refund ASAP since it was paid by my job. I had to check into another hotel. Please and thank you for your attention to this matter

Something was wrong with our room and we were moved to a different hotel.

I stayed here for a very quick vacation. The check in desk is very friendly, but is only open a few hours a day. The suite is very small, no ocean view, the bed is very loud, the shower stall is very small, and the wifi cuts out in the bathroom. I don't think it's worth what I paid. The area is very touristy, so expect loud music until the long hours of the night. The hotel is very close to the pier.
