The room was clean and the morning crew help me get wash rags ex.. gave me another room

There where no rags in the room to wash with after four hours of travel asked the lady at the desk and she said she couldn't help me with it....🤔 And the first room had a bad order.. the second room had rags light order but the bed felt bad lumps and spots where it sinks in
