Red Roof Inn & Suites Thomasville

I hate to be the bearer of this news, but this particular red roof inn hotel was outright the dirtiest, unsettling hotel room ive ever stayed at overnight. 1. The bathroom door had holes that were recently covered, but indicate poor maintenance policy and perhaps bad tenants. 2. One of the two queen bed's fitted sheets had what looked like blood stains. This made us consder sleeping in the car. It was 3am due to flight delays, so we grabbed some towels to cover up these parts of the bed to sleep. 3. The service was fine, but the neighbors were noisy. Motorcyles revving their engines in the am while we were trying to sleep. All in all, unfortunately this hotel room was unsanitary.

My stay was NOT good. The young lady at check in was very blunt and had upbeat tone. After giving us the key to the room she said she hopes the rooms are cleaned. Once we got to the rooms they were NOT clean and there was no clean sheets on the bed the pillows had no pillow cases and the floors were extremely dirty. There were no towels in the room, the phone was un-pluged and the room had a bad smell. The other room was the same but the linen on the beds had big stains on them. I went downstairs and the house keepers Tina and Warren asked what can they help with and I gave them a list of things. They asked if we can come back in about an hour and they will take care of it. We left and came back and they did what was asked. They were very nice. The pictures on line is not factual. CATFISHED! There is no water in the pool and the trash is everywhere. My family was really upset but we made the best of it. I will NEVER stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. There is junkies walking around and we constantly had to keep watch of our vehicle. At 3 am in the morning some kind of alarm went off and we were told that happens sometimes. There were no words on there sign and they should close this place down and start over with the proper staff and management. The young lady that was at the desk when we checked out was nice and apologized but she also felt bad. NEVER AGAIN!

The room was dirty. Stains, including blood, on the bed and pillows. Dirty towels left in tub. No soap or shampoo. TV box missing, tv did not work. No garbage can. Placed smelled of pot outside and would come in to the room. Shower head broken. Bugs alive and dead in room. Sticky stuff on the chair. Brown gunk stains on the walls. Cord for the phone missing. Girl at desk messing around on her phone and did not bother to look up at me when I walked in lobby. ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!

Bed Sheets were dirty, looks like a pee stain. Bed came with no fitted sheets.

The staff was unprofessional, it was very noisy from the time i get there until i get up. My room was supposed to be non smoke but smells like smoke. The linen on the bed was not clean. No soap in the bathroom.

First night Door did not lock, but didn’t realize until we tried to leave next morning; safety issue, moved rooms after one night . Original room had no lampshades on room lamps, sheets were stained, pillowcases missing. No towels in new room, no clicker to TV in new room. The words fleabag and dump sadly apply to this hotel.
