Warning do not stay. Now if you are local, transit in need of an extended stay on the low. Go for it. We were here for graduation in Tallahassee because price gouging was extreme for family in Tallahassee. So unfair for families celebrating there kids. So my husband in haste booked to secure rooms. We were willing to travel, however he didn't carefully explore. We are able to pay a little more. Belive me when they say you pay for what you get. My God facts! I will pay a hundred more. When we arrived the rooms were not ready and a couple were trashed. The staff was lovely and worked hard to clean. The maintenance guy stepped in to help. So appreciated him helping out my family. They did there best. However, these rooms just need sterilization procedures conducted. Stale order, sticky floors, sheets (mmm, stained), comforter the ones on the picture stained and dingy looking up close, dingy and rip chair. Really difficult to stay. The roaches live here to and come out at night. So be careful not to take them with you. They were crawling on the walls and ceiling. The security lock on door broken in two of the room. Curtains falling off, walls dingy and wear and tear (scratched paint). THE SHOWER WAS DECENT, was gonna skip it, but it was a long day. The parking lot, definitely sketchy, that is consistent with other reviews. One of the extended stay guests were cooking on the outside of the room. The pool was empty, not that I was going to use, just FYI. I knew it was a motel, but my goodness. They allow pets so beware.

The property was unclean. The area did not appear to be safe. The rooms had bugs and was unclean. This was a very bad stay.

I’m sorry to leave this. However, after many attempts to get ahold of management for their promise of a full refund, there has been no response.

The first room they put me in had blood stained comforter and sheet . Not to mention they have NO WASH CLOTHS OR TOWELS !!!

Terrible – Do Not Stay Here This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, but this was on another level of unacceptable. To start: there were NO towels. Not a single bath towel, hand towel, or even a floor mat. Just two small bath cloths. I’ve never stayed in a hotel—no matter how cheap—that didn’t at least provide basic towels. Thankfully, we brought our own, but thanks to the next issue, they never dried out. The room was extremely humid the entire weekend. While the HVAC unit kept things cool, the humidity was so thick it felt like you were sleeping in a swamp. The air smelled musty and damp, and nothing dried out—not our towels, not our clothes, not even our patience. It only got worse. The bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached to the sink—you had to hold it in place to use it. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, which seems like a massive safety violation. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom; wasn’t that big of an issue I guess, we had no towels. The floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in several stays—our socks were blackened just from walking across the room. To top it all off, our room didn’t even have a number. No sign on the wall, no plaque on the door—just a blank space where it looked like a number sign had been ripped off and never replaced.
