The property is overall "sketchy." No lobby, just a window. Advertised free wi-fi, but no password available. When you try to call the front desk you are caught in an infinite loop that is never answered by anyone. The chain lock, which is recommended by management had been torn off and was missing. The handle was broken off the toilet so it wouldn't flush. No coffee maker or other amenities in the room. And a strong pot smell to which I am allergic so I was nauseous all night. The shouting from other tenants threatening each other and slamming doors were enough to keep me awake all night. I would avoid this place at all costs. The reality is nothing like the web advertisement. Spend a little extra and go somewhere nice.

Well, the room wasn't that pleasant being in a smoking room with the towels & washcloths were dirty with smoke grey & brown stains on them; someone hair was on the sink & in the shower! Roaches crawling...

The front door was locked when we arrived and the staff served us through a window. Very uncomfortable arrival. Did not feel welcome there.

The saff was very good at handling our needs

This reservation was made in error as I was trying to back out of the online page. I tried to contact hotels.com and also the property to notify them of the error but was unable to contact either. I did not stay at this hotel. The customer service at hotels.com via telephone is nonexistent when issues arise.
