Rodeway Inn Monroe

We drove 2 hours and when we got there there were no rooms. Only a line of people that had booked there apparently overbooked. So at midnight we were still searching for a hotel room that was confirmed and has been paid. I'd like a refund and I'd like to report that hotel. How could you let this happen and it wasn't just me. There was a whole bunch of people

We got put in a smokers room with cigarette holes in the bedding. But it was a place to sleep.

Terrible check-in. There were people standing outside in the parking lot in line waiting to go inside and check in. The most inefficient check-in ever in my life. The manager asked for an extra $15 to get a room. We were in line to check in for almost an hour. Completely unacceptable. There was no shower curtain. There was no coffee either in the room or in the lobby. A complete joke of a hotel. Please demolish it.

Very clean and no bugs in the unit

Room was ok, but toilet needed repaired...fail to automatically fill tank

the beds has bedbugs they look clean but i found bugs

Just bad service and an unclean place

Staff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. Multiple outlets in the room along with clean microwave and mini fridge both in good working order.
