Rodeway Inn Monroe

When we got there we were disgusted by the whole place and found another place to stay. The cops were there at 5pm when we arrived. He told my husband there's a lot of trouble there.

My hot water in room 257 was not working nor was the phone.

The room was dirty, table and phone discusting. The bathroom smell like pee and was dirty. Sink and counter was nasty.

Checked in a Friday night after a long night of canceled and delayed flights. Exhausted. The bed was absolutely dirty. Hair and particles all over the sheet. And in the morning i discovered a dirty sock in the corner of the room. Leading me to believe the room wasn't cleaned at all.

It was awful. The lady at the front desk just couldn't be bothered. I reserved a king smoking. Walked in to a full size bed. Went to call the front desk. Phone doesn't work. Drove back around to ask and she just says she didn't have any housekeepers so that's all she had. I asked if it was smoking because there were no ashtrays and she said yes she just didn't put any out. When asked if there was a price difference since it wasnt what we asked for she said absolutely not. What we pay y'all has nothing to do with them. The bed was hard as a board. The neighbors smoke detector kept beeping. Honestly I would've rather slept in my car. I will not be staying here again.

Bed Bugs on room,, my NON Smoking room smelled like smoking,, door doesn’t seen secure enough Room in poor condition, ( dirty or long used sofa, tables, and bed) But mostly BED BUGS, That will tell everything

Lack of staff, floor not vacumed for 4 days, had to go to office for towels.

The door to the hotel room did not lock, a/c Didt work right, then on top of everything microwave don’t work!!! Curtain look dirty and have holes in it.
