Its was really bad they were against black people

Very unpleasant and uninviting. Caught a mouse and I didnt even try to complain because i knew i would be a a threat and probably get put on the streets with all my belongings . Because i know that they are not the type to cater to the complaints of their customers. I am going to rate this trip As well as all the other times as very unpleasant and very rude staff and management. # last resort

I rented rooms from this place multiple times, this most recent experience was the worst by far. I booked a room for 3 days for a funeral, a week in advance. Thinking the room I was gonna get was going to be nice and operational, it was absolutely not, the electricity wasn't working, it was cold and a roach was in the fridge! I then requested another room right after I unloaded one small bag. The desk rejected my request stating that they are tied up on rooms and the electricity issue is temporary, so I left for about 3 hours. Only to come back to the room in the same condition it was previously in. Now my wife (mind you has asthma) went to the desk and now angrily requested another room, in which they delivered this time. The room was in working condition, but it had two major flaws. One it was upstairs, I requested a handicap accessible room because I am physically disabled so it was hard getting up and down stairs every day, but I pushed through it for the sake of the funeral. Two it's a SMOKING ROOM, I REQUESTED AND PAID FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM BECAUSE MY WIFE HAS ASTHMA!

Checking in without a reservation was quick and the lady was professional straightforward. Room was clean, neat and everything functioned well except for the mini fridge which just needed the thermostat inside to be adjusted which isn’t a problem for me but for my partner who initially noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t working while I was gone, placing a call to the front desk didn’t resolve the problem. I would suggest that the manager post a memo for employees pertaining to the possibility of the refrigerator thermostats needing to be turned down/on when new guests call for assistance, in lieu of saying “ yea, it’s broken, I’ll send someone “ Our stay was uneventful, no loud music late at night, partying etc. No apparent drug transactions in the parking lot, hallways etc No drunk guests fussing with their significant others, lovers etc We did however have a small issue when my roommate decided to apply some red hair coloring which unbeknownst to me was required from time to time. Inevitably some of the red hair dye stained a towel, a singular ( 1) towel which now was a pleasant shade of pink after many attempts to wash out. I know for certain these facts because I personally witnessed the alleged incident personally as I laid on the bed watching TV ( wishing I had brought my Amazon Firestick btw) . Instead of simply throwing the towel ( singular mind you) meaning 1 towel in the trash, the culprit made fatal decision to purchase a bottle of Bleach. out of spac

Didnt like anything. They said they had a pool...nope filled in with concrete.

Really loud

Nothing enjoyable about the stay. Rooms dirty, staff not prepared or professional. Grounds not kept up. Old building, furniture, paint, actually everything was old and in poor shape. Stains on box spring and mattress, carpet dirty even an iron burn on the carpet. Not worth the $70. $25 deposit required also.
