Location was perfect for us. Nice firm bed, good storge space. Staff are excellent - pleasant, competent. Hotel has some charm, lobby was nicely decorated, buzzed with restaurant patrons' conversation. Town has some magnificent homes. Daughter's family enjoyed the pool, workout room.

Nothing that spoiled our stay, but...I wrongly assumed we would receive free breakfasts. (My mistake.) We ate elsewhere. Hotel and room are old, not adequately updated. Bathroom is tight space, cheesy single ply toilet paper, bedroom is poorly illuminated, very little surface space around bed, (a light and small bedside ledge would be nice), heat from window appliance did not reach the entire room. Might be time to put in an elevator. I don't know why every hotel room doesn't have built in nightlights.
