Quality Inn & Suites Sturgeon Bay

Overall the room was fine and had been updated relatively recently. The down side of this hotel was the property outside of the room. The stairs and hallways were filthy and the carpets were stained and very dirty. The outside parking area also had many cigarette butts and other things scattered around. Fort anyone coming there for the swimming pool, there was no water in the pool.

The blackout curtain with a Cavepoint scene, made up for the construction view out of the window. Spectrum cable was down. No TV. The blackout curtain had a gap that let in light, but not too bad. Housekeeping let doors slam on metal lock in rooms in hallway. Very loud. Could have propped the door open with a towel. Not a very restful sleep.

Nasty sheets! Hotel is older. Internet/tv didn't work. Breakfast was great!!!

If pool is out of order they should specify. Would never have booked knowing pool what out.

Filthy stained carpet. TV poor, impossible to navigate channels and small screen. Chipped gouged doors. Breakfast bagel tasted like yeast.

I will say that i was a little unsure of what our stay would be like. I booked our room for a family vacation before I actually looked at the reviews. When I did look at them I was very concerned with what others had to say and I was unable to cancel our reservation. What I found when we arrived was better than I had feared. Our room was clean and nice. Nothing special, but as long as it was clean I was happy. It would have been nice if the pool was open, but we didnt need it. With a teen and a college student, they kept themselves entertained. You can tell this hotel is used often by construction workers simple because I think they drag in A LOT of dirt in the halls and stairs, which really need to be vacuumed and the carpet replaced. But, with the workers staying there, that meant it was very quiet at night and we had no issues with being disturbed. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was fine. We were looking for a place to stay when were weren't out seeing the sights, not to entertain us and this worked fine for us.

Clean room, had to ask for more towels. There was four of us, only 2 towels. No one was friendly. Hotel carpet was outdated and worn. Advertised pool but it was empty. No notification sent as

We were told when we booked with Expedia they had a pool , pool was closed due to not passing health department .When we inquired we were told Expedia should have informed us.Front desk very rude,we were given a room that reaked of cigarette smell .Carpets were filthy in our room and hallway.linen on bed spread was stained,everything was booked so we had no choice but to stay in that room .No one at front desk to assist with issues

Not good , pool was out of service, couldn't get an early check in and no elevator.

Got there checked in the room. Pool was drained. TV didn’t work. Bed pillows were couch throw pillow size
