No elevators. TV did not work, curtains were in shreds

The room looked like it was in the middle of construction; painters tape up, outlets didn't work and some furniture was damaged

Our experience was terrible. Walked into the room and it smelled like urine. I noticed the window was open, and there was no screen so mosquitoes were getting in. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else!

Had an area to walk my dog right out the back door

It was very old. Painters tape on ceiling. Room smelled like smoke. Towels were filthy. Tv did.not work. Husband and wife were from "india" (proprietors) could not understand a word they spoke. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy

The shower didn't work. The bathroom sink drained very slow. The pool and hot tub were shut down. The coffee was cold at 9 am in the continental breakfast. You had to tell them to put you on a list to have your room cleaned. I did and it wasn't cleaned.

Please restore the pool to its former glory.

This hotel was horrible. No wifi the first night. TV didn't get any channels. Remote didn't work. Hallway smelled strongly of urine. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Snack machine was out of order. Easily one of the top three worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

We were disappointed the swimming pool was closed and we were not alerted about this closure prior to our stay. My son was looking forward to swimming. The hotel is more run down on the outside and common areas. Our room itself was comfortable with the exception of a loose toilet seat and inadequate vacuuming (see photo). The worst part was safety concerns. There was an unexpected drunk guy who got in a fight with the hotel manager. One glass door was shattered and the other door had cracked glass (see photo). Two windows were also damaged by the intruder (see photo). The police were called. I think the hotel should temporarily close until all entries are secure again. I would not stay there right now. Breakfast was adequate. I personally would like a customer courtesy for the lack of pool, no fitness room and security concerns last night. Anyone who stayed there last night should get their money back. The hotel needs to be better maintained.
