Quality Inn

It’s a cheap hotel. The hallways smelled of cigarettes but the room was clean. I felt like the bed was hard but it was fine for the two nights. Everything was a little run down and the pool was out of order. Basic continental breakfast. The staff were very nice. If you just need somewhere to sleep this hotel is fine.

The pool was out of order. The bathroom sink was plugged. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work.

Worst place. Shattered glass looked like rocks were thrown through them. A mattress in a window. Plastic on the side door, no glass. Unsafe and dirty!

No cleaning service in our room during our stay. 2 pillows on each bed were very tiny with no support for your head. Final statement of bill had different rates and someone else's credit card for payment. Coffee cup lids in the breakfast room were wrong size.

This entire property was just as filthy as other reviewers have mentioned but an even greater concern was my physical safety. From the hand-written sign on the main entrance door saying "Caution: broken glass" to the room door (rm 225) whose entire entry plate was loose (like, not just the exterior handle but the entire metal casing surrounding it) to the exterior window that wouldn't lock. I would've called for maintenance but I figured if they had a maint dept, these items would've already been fixed. (The unlockable window has been broken long enough the window sill is warped and water damaged.) Add to that: the fact the main desk was unstaffed at both checkin and checkout, the pungent dirty foot smell of the room, the yellowed filthy (broken) curtains, the fact there's no fitted sheet on the bed (just 2 flat sheets to sleep between) and no cover on the (stained) comforter/duvet, plus the dusty and dead-fly laden AC. My recommendation: HARD PASS. If somehow, after all this, you're still tempted to stay here, pls know: they allow pets (EVEN IN THE BREAKFAST AREA) which includes all the noises and smells of other peoples animals. Honestly, sleeping in my car would've been a better experience than staying here!

Pool and hot tub out of order and no advance notice about this and no discount on bill. Side door wrapped in plastic, hall window cracked. Sour cream for coffee. Awful

We did not end up staying here. There were what looked like bullet holes in the front window of the hotel. It is dark and old and I would not have my family stay there. We will be disputing the one night charge. Orbitz should not be listing this property.

Did not stay at the hotel, walked up to it and it is gross , filthy , windows on second floor had old mattresses laying up against it exposed. Side door had black plastic on it, walked in, very gross. Did not even make it to the room, my family was not staying there. I am not saying this hotel was what looked like to have Bed bugs, but if there was a situation that you got bed bugs from a hotel; this would be there one. We got another room at another hotel in town and heard of stories from this hotel, not great ones.. when asked for money back from the 2 nights the manager would not answer the phone and then a few days later they denied any money. This place does not look anything like the pictures displayed on this hotel.com app or anywhere else. BEWARE. Basically looks like a C House:

Outdated. The pool was out of order and closed off. Mattress were old and too soft. Tv and internet were not working (maid said Spfe trim had been working to fix them). Breakfast options were limited to a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich that you had to microwave, and over ripe fruit.

Originally put in a room that had painters tape on the ceiling, sticky residue in the bathroom , dirty curtains and rumpled sheets. The shelf holding the refrigerator had black mold stains. We were out in a better room, but still mold under the fridge. The breakfast looked like an apocalypse had just happened with cereal everywhere and very limited supplies.
