Quality Inn

When you book a room at a reasonable (cheap) rate, you sometimes 'get what you pay for'. The front desk clerk was less than cordial, and took a long phone call, instead of completing my check-in first. My room was fine, but the bathroom was not so: the toilet was not secured to floor; the toilet bowl was not completely cleaned (mildew under the rim); there was hair (not mine) on the floor of the bathroom; there was an unknown substance on the ceiling of the bathroom (it was blue and drippy). The shower DID have plenty of hot water and good pressure. The 'breakfast' left a lot to be desired: Micro-Wave breakfast sandwiches and a few other 'grab and go' items. The pool was OUT OF ORDER (and there wasn't any mention on the website when I booked the room). It looks like there have been some updates made to hotel (but not, by any means, finished). IT WAS close to the family event that I needed to attend, but I would not stay here again when I return to the area.

We did not stay there. The place was a dump and no working pool. The owner said Hotels.com should refund my money.

Like…..NOTHING!! Dislike…Pool & hot tub closed for past (3) weeks *Room serviced/cleaned twice in 18 days *B-fast items missing every day (coffee sucks) So I went to Starbucks every morning!! *Staff DOES NOT understand English & does not seem to care, no cream, no butter, no milk *NEVER any staff at front desk *Outside trash containers always full *WiFi & Internet not working at nite *Vending machines empty or “out of order” 3wks *No security…exterior doors don’t close or lock Why should any of this matter since the last 6 months of reviews make the same comment….. The Chamber of Commerce should revoke the license to this owner…..Where is the “quality” in the name…..Quality Inn??

Horrible smell, people loitering outside, everything is broken inside, this place must be closed

This hotel sucks….DO NOT STAY HERE!! Stay at the MOTEL across the street, WiFi not working in PM, pool & hot tub not working for 2weeks, exterior doors not locked, vending machines empty, missing breakfast fast items ALL week, worst coffee I ever tasted, PM STAFF DOES NOT speak English, NO elevator (not stated) had to request room to be cleaned, no employee uniforms, employees wear flip flops, outside sign not working,
