Quality Inn

Needed a wake up call. Staff not available. Waited a little more than 10 minutes. There was displayed a phone number to call. Called phone number. Answering machine kicks in. Left my name, my cell#, room number, and time I wished to be woken up. No wake up call. I was in the lobby 8:00 at night. They were booked solid, so I assume they felt that they didn’t need to have an attendant on duty

Would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub were out of service I only stayed one of two nights kind of ruined my stay

The room was clean. The only problem was the hum of the refrigerator. I had to unplug it when I wanted to sleep

Property really needs updates. Feels dirty.

The only problem I had was hearing constant heavy footsteps upstairs. Front desk was helpful, bed was comfortable.

The room had a funky smell, windows were broken and pool closed

Room smelled of urine. No shower curtain in bathroom. Window lock broken on a street level room. Pool out of order and no water in it. We left and found another hotel.

Room was nice, but bed was uncomfortable having a mattress pad that shift under a loose fitted sheet. Also Heater/fan did not shut off even if one turned switch to OFF.

Smelled bad, garbage over flowing by back door, no secuity. No one at the front desk you had to call, frustrating since I did not have my phone. Breakfast was awful with sparse offerings. Weeds and everything overgrown. Pool was closed but that was not on your app. They still had the pool light illuminated on their sign!! Appears peole live there and many construction workers stay here. Learned a valuable lesson on spending more. I will say the bed was comfortable but the duct tape in the shower must be to cover holes, yikes! I could say more but I think you get my point!

this was the worse hotel i ever stayed in . smelled so bad . everything broken and moldy . and falling apart . terrible bedding and only 1 pillow . pool was also closed
