Quality Inn

Coffee was cold, no one at front desk, pool out of order, toilet overflowed when flushed even with nothing in it, light bulbs out, smelled like smoke in room, vending machines out of order, floors dirty in room stuff stuck to feet, the experience was so bad I never want to use Quality Inn again.

The carpet in the room stunk so bad that i couldn't sleep.

There was blood on two spots on the comforter, pillows had yellow stains- no protectors, pillowcases stained, broken windows and an emergency exit door covered with black garbage bags with a sign “BEWARE” obviously had glass broken out. Horrible horrible place.

Limited breakfast, older furnishings. Pool and vending machine out of order.

20 minutes to locate with gps because their sign not lit. Broken. Pool was closed, not working. Front window huge cracks (safety). Booked handicap accessible 2 bed with jetted tub as no walkin showers. 1 bed broken. Tub was not jetted. Had to speak into phone so front desk could translate what we said. We did not discover they left window open until next morning when opened drapes (safety). Breakfast. Had 3 bagels but no knife, no toaster & no cream cheese. They had apple juice but never diluted it because they likely could not read.

Pool was out of order. Scratches on walls, language barrier made it difficult to get assistance.

We reserved here because of low price and convenient location. Bathtub was not ada complient. No elevator. Pool was closed.

The motel was dirty and in poor condition. Several broken windows and a broken door that was sealed with a plastic sheet and tape. Indoor pool advertised, but it has been closed for months if not years. We peeked through the blinds and saw a half filled pool with mold/slime on the surface of the water. Continental breakfast advertised but limited items, and things were not restocked, such as butter, milk, etc. Juice dispenser empty both mornings. The receptionist was never at the desk to voice complaints to. We were disappointed.

From the rude man at the front desk who didn’t even say hello when we walked and smelled so bad I had to hold my breath to keep from barfing, to the disgusting smell in the hall and filthy state of the room, you couldn’t pay me to ever stay at this nasty hotel ever again. We also booked a king room and the mattress was a full sized mattress. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Broken out windows, broken exit door covered with black plastic saying “danger do not use”. Pool and vending machines out of order . Complicity breakfast was mostly empty 1 1/2 hours before ending and no one around to check or fix it. Bathroom light and exhaust fan not working.
