Ivy did a great job of explaining the checkin procedure and answering the questions that I had. She gave me good information about traveling to Canada Place for my Alaskan cruise. My room was very clean and quiet! Everyone that I came in contact with who worked in the hotel was very pleasant! When I checked out, Ian helped me with my luggage so that I could grab breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

I booked a 5 day, 4 night stay and my experience was pleasant. The property is consistently clean and in order and that is my standard with regards to hotel stay. My room was exceptionally perfect in its category. It definitely has exceeded expectations for a Holiday Inn Express category. My check in is seamless except one experience that stood out for the wrong reasons. A member of the team during my check-in named Ms Ivy came across as blunt while addressing an issue with the credit card machine. Throughout my, her demeanor remained cold and unwelcoming and that overshadowed my positive outlook and impressions to the property. The specified dining area was decent, though the breakfast selection could benefit from more variety. It was the same since day 1. In fairness I still rate the hotel a 3/5 because of the property experience, good sleep and some team members are very welcoming except for one .
