"Ian the hotel receptionist was super great and professional !!"

Ian the hotel receptionist was incredibly gracious, informative, and genuinely pleasant. He patiently answered all my questions and even went the extra mile to find the best possible room within my price range to help minimize noise and make my stay more comfortable. It was also such a nice surprise to converse with someone who speaks Filipino , that personal touch meant a lot. Because of Ian’s exceptional service and care beyond his usual duties, this hotel truly deserves a five-star rating.
