Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport Richmond by IHG

I stayed at the hotel on Feb 3-4 on the sixth floor, it was okay. I had booked it on line , while I was at the holiday inn , I booked for the 18-19 Feb. he said it would be a smaller room , I said is it the same price , I am a member an a senior , he said yes . He never gave us a bill , when I got home I checked an they had charged us $33.50 more . I called the manager , they said he call back , never heard from them. We had a worse room on the sixth floor a view of the park lot. This is not correct.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, good pillows, good tv. Really impressed with this hotel, I'll be staying every time have company training in Richmond. Location is only okay, but it's Richmond, what do you expect? Shout out to Kevin, front desk manager for his help figuring out my invoice

Nothing, it's a really good hotel.

The hotel has a lovely lobby entrance. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The only complaint is that the heater made an obnoxious sound while on.

has a fridge in the room, we had a corner room, the window opened for fresh air at night.

The Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. My husband and I always choose to stay there before flying out of YVR. There is a shuttle service provided. Another great option is the Fogg and Suds Restaurant that is connected to the hotel. Good food and prices. Makes travelling to the airport worry free.

We have recently moved from the Vancouver area but return for business and pleasure frequently. Knowing the area well this is our constant "go to" hotel. We also travel internationally on a regular basis and are choosy about our hotels. The shuttle to the airport is well organized, on time and clean. We stay at this hotel mainly because of the staff, the service and the consistent quality of the rooms. It is excellent dollar value. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are large, and beautifully maintained. The beds are very comfortable and we appreciate the "soft" and "firm" pillows! There is a restaurant attached and the food is excellent and inexpensive. There is a wide choice on the menu with something for everyone. Parking is secure and is relatively inexpensive as compared to hotels in Vancouver proper. We would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Vancouver area.
