Hotel was great

Hotel is hosting homeless persons. Lots of drug activity, suspicious persons in the halls all night long, security guards on all floors and entrances, dirty and well worn, bathrooms show lots of wear and tear and does the front lobby.

Only issue was shower. The shower head was leaking badly. Pressure coming out of shower head was quite reduced.

I arrive at midnight on a Friday. There were some very noisy people on my floor most of the night.

Unclean surroundings but the room was clean

Tiny room. Fire evacuees at hotel caused a lot of problems at hotel and hotel had security to deal with them, but still lots of noise all night from them. Also roof was being replaced which I was not informed of when I booked with Booking.com. Hotel jacked up price because hotels all full because of fire evacuees .

Overall pretty good for a one night stay while passing through to main destination. Unfortunate timing with there being roof repairs underway. Large dumpster bins & work vehicles to watch for.

Nothing

The hotel was okay—slightly overpriced, but that wasn’t a big issue. The area wasn’t very nice or particularly safe. I can’t say anything negative about the staff. However, the people who were relocated here because of the wildfire were a completely different story. They were walking around all night, yelling, gambling, and drinking. It was an awful experience—I couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise.
