The breakfast was cold even though it wasn't 730 am.

Good location.

Room was very stale smelling as if it had been a smoking room. Very dim lighting. Breakfast was just adequate. I have stayed here for decades and it has gone down hill. It needs a reno. Wont be coming back.

Motel is dated, but for $100...ZERO complaints. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Best sleep I've had in months. Shower was new and had nice temp and pressure. Towels were soft. Breakfast area is small but there's something for everyone. Just wake the Attendant up if you need help. Why pay more if all you need is a clean room and a comfy bed to sleep in? Small fridge and microwave in the rooms.

Easy access, inexpensive

For four people, our room was crowded once the pull out bed was in use. Fortunately, we were just there to sleep.

Very noisy all night. I was right beside the staff room and the door to the room opened and closed all night long. Breakfast room was not very clean.

We have stayed in quite a few Comfort Inns (Choice Hotels) in recent years, and this one definitely rates lowest in our experience. The hotel is old and tired. While there have been some obvious attempts to refresh (breakfast area and bathroom to be specific) some of the efforts are mere band-aid fixes (eg. new "counter tops" on old bathroom vanity and dressers/night stands). My biggest criticism would be the carpeting on the stairs to our second floor room - it was so worn and dirty (blech!) and made us question the cleanliness of our room and the rest of the hotel. The folded up and dirty piece of cardboard that was used as a door stop at the top of the stairs was didn't help. Overall, the room seemed clean though, even though the pillowcases were quite wrinkled and what few bathroom towels we had were dingy (they only gave us two bath towels and we had to ask for hand and face towels). The windows were also very dirty and the heating/cooling system has seen better days. I can live with older hotels/motels as long as they are clean - this one needs to do better. Thankfully we were only booked for one night. I would look elsewhere next time.

They were able to accommodate us with a new cleaner room after we found the pullout bed mattress was filthy and full of stains and there were bugs in the room they had initially gave us.

The first room we had smelled terrible from the moment we walked in, the pullout mattress on couch was filthy and stained with urine among other things. And I saw a huge bug which I think was a cockroach on the mirror in the bathroom.
