Comfort Inn

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. We had a double queen patio door which was convenient to unload/load truck. Breakfast was okay, the usual basic continental.

It’s was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a nice layout. Location was good. It was a very quiet motel. For being so close to a major highway you couldn’t hear the traffic.

Breakfast was poor and the suppose to be hot food was really cold. The selections were also very limited to pick from. The motel could use some updating as it is out of date.

The only positive thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It was adequate and as described.

The 4 rooms we booked were not as described on Booking.com. They did not sleep 2 adults and 2 children, as requested. 2 of 4 rooms with pull out sofa beds did not have matresses, just the sofa bed frame. The matresses on the other two sofa beds were filthy, with crumbs and dirt. All 4 rooms were unclean. One room had issues with the heating system and it was over 80 degrees inside. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. They blamed Booking.com for the issue with the rooms. We would have stayed elsewhere but it was a busy weekend and there were no other rooms available at other hotels. Two of our guests had rashes after leaving the hotel. This hotel is dirty, staff are unfriendly and uncaring. We will never stay at this location again and recommend others do not either. There are better hotels in close proximity, choose those instead!

The beds were very comfortable.

The room smells of years of smoking covered up by air fresheners. All rooms are now nonsmoking. It was pretty bad. They did not have receptacles for dog poop bags so people just left their full poop bags on the ground. Litter on the grounds were not picked up. The rooms look like they need major renovations structurally.
