Can't think of anything, this hotel has its shit together. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at with very nice staff.

The rooms were comfortable and I really appreciated being able load our bags from our car into our room on the ground floor without having to go inside and around. The rooms warmed up quickly and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety but the eggs and sausage tasted like they were reheated.

When I booked with this site, I chose pet friendly accommodation. I received an email saying I had to take the extra step to contact the hotel to confirm this and agree to pay the extra fee for pets. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that the pet rooms were on a different floor than I booked and I would need to be CHARGED more as the ground rooms were an upgrade?? Thankfully the staff member waived this extra fee since it was a surprise to me. The room was non smoking but it reeked of cigarette. The back door didn't lock so we had to change rooms (which we appreciated but it was a lot of back and forth with no assistance). The water was also not hot and didn't stay warm for very long.

Quite quiet except the one night we had a barking dog. It sounded next door and must have been a small one as it was a shrill bark

The sliding door windows were very dirty. I realize it was melting days but I thought they could have been cleaner. I thought when you cleaned up room each morning that the bed would be made. We had sort of pulled it up and nothing more had been done to it. The second morning we left it messed up and it was pulled up but not what I consider made up. My husband had made toast our first morning (2 slices) and had eaten most of one slice and I saw mold on the second slice. I had waffles but the machine does not look very good. Also we do like the night light but it was not working. On our way out I told the man at the desk what room we were in and said it was not working thinking it would be repaired but it never showed up. Also the remote for the tv did not work.
