The staff was rude and not very welcoming. The shower did not drain properly, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the breakfast offering was disappointing—there was no bread available, despite advertising a complimentary breakfast with coffee and pancakes. This was misleading and did not meet expectations.
