Staff was helpful and friendly. The comp. breakfast was excellent.

The carpets on the stairs need replacing. Curtains in the room need replacing. But all in all it was a good place to stay.

"To do the rude and ridiculous customer service I would never return to this hotel or recommend that ever"

Property was fine

Staff was rude expected a visibly handicapped person to carry out large pieces of luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor then charge an extra $20 to have a room on the main floor. 10 PM at night on the very empty hotel with no patrons so forced to pay extra $20 to stay mean for because you wouldn’t even help to get a edge upstairs.

"Staying for a night or two perfect place for the money, but definitely needs some work. Staff friend"

Staff was friendly, coffee was good and location was good

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the place needs up keep for sure. Our windows were full of ice inside which then went to water. The drapes didn’t close properly with at least a 6 to 8” gap. The bathroom was okay but definitely needs a deep clean around the edges. But sink toilet, and bathtub was clean.
