Café eau de vaisselle, jus trop sucré, oeufs brouillés trop salés

Chambre confortable

La personne a l’accueil le samedi que nous sommes arrivés nous a indiqué que le petit déjeuner prenait fin à 10h00 mais en ne précisant pas que ce n’était que pour les week-ends et que la semaine c’était 9h30. Alors le lundi nous nous sommes présenté à 9h40 et avons été mal reçu par le personnel, nous leur avons expliqué qu’il nous avait été dit que ça prenait fin à 10h00. Aucune accommodation nous a été offerte et nous avons dû quitter sans déjeuner. Nous avons tenté de nous expliquer avec la personne à l’accueil (unilingue anglophone) et la seule réponse que nous avons eu était que c’était précisé sur un écriteaux (qui n’est pas mis en évidence) Un autre point non négligeable est que la salle à manger est trop petite pour la grosseur de l’hôtel. Nous avions choisis Comfort Inn car nous connaissons cette chaîne d’hôtel et avons toujours été satisfait mais celui de Bathurst nous a déçu.

Très bon. Très apprécié le choix en particulier les oeufs et le bacon chauds

They didn't have the room I booked with Booking.com Door lock was broken, office chair was broken, tear in the window curtain

It was nice and clean and the staff was very polite made me feel at home

I had problems with outside door it would never open with the card i got caught outside in my car in the pouring rain

It was ok. Could have been started earlier so that guests wouldn't have to wait.

When we initially arrived the desk clerk was eating his meal & continued to finish his meal, while we stool there & patiently waited. More guests arrived & stood waiting. Then he disappeared for 5 minutes & we continued to stand waiting. When he finally graced us with his presence he demanded a $100.00 security deposit & 3 initials on agreement & proof of identity. When we questioned the deposit he said it was company policy; however, we were at a Comfort Inn in Quebec, just the night before & didn't have to go through this interrogation. Room #108 was very disappointing, very moldy shower & bath area, carpets were stained. We complained in the morning & were told that a Manager would contact us...we are still for the phone call!!

The location is great.

The telephone and fridge don't work. Curtain of the room is broken and it doesn't really seal the blind curtain. The hotel was under-stafffed, the poor guy at the recetionist had to run up and down to check if the room was ready or not. The management need to invest more of the communication system between front office and the cleaning group.
