I am a big fan of the Comfort Inn. Everywhere I go, if I chose the Comfort Inn, I know I will have a good night's rest, a comfortable room, and a nice breakfast. I also like the fact that most Comfort Inn locations are dog friendly. In this case, the desk clerk was happy to change my booking from a second floor room to a main floor room to make it easier to let the dog out. Very nice!

Très bien situé par rapport a notre rdv. Bon déjeuner varié. Wi-Fi gratuit. Lit et oreillers confortables. Situé près de centre d'achat et des pharmacies.

Le tapis de la chambre était tâché.

The room was spacious. The location was good

It took 1 hour to check in. I arrived at 6pm got in line behind 3 people and only managed to complete my check in at the front desk at 7. Half way through checking a guest in the clerk went to the washroom. They also had to run around the hotel twice to fix a problem. The employee was not incompetent. The check in process was unnecessarily long and the hotel was understaffed during a very busy time for check in. The rooms itself was clean but the linens had stains that weren’t treated or bleached. All the doors were locked except the front door. The key pads back into the exits did no work. Guests had to walk the entire length of the building to get back in, and then walk it again to get to their rooms. Speaking with multiple guest during the wait, none were satisfied with the «comfort » of the comfort in. During my check out, the lady was unresponsive in a way, mumbling and stumbling. She then spent 20 minutes heading to my room to make sure I could get my security deposit back. All in all after about a dozen stays during my travels this was the most complicated and untimely stay I had seen yet
