The beds were very comfortable. The morning staff was very pleasant.

Being booked on the second floor and not informing us that there was no elevator. After asking the check-in staff if this area was a safe area to park my vehicle, she went on to say , "Well, there are vehicles stolen all the time here in Sydney. Not comforting words to hear knowing my car might be stolen.

"Location was good but expected more from the free breakfast. No available seating."

The staff were very accommodating

The beds were not comfortable with the fitted sheet kept coming away t From the corners. The breakfast was fair but need more seating areas.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstück wurde ich herzlich empfangen und konnte mich sehr angenehm unterhalten. Als Alleinreisende nach einem Tag mit 400km auf der Straße,war das sehr aufbauend und dazu ein sehr köstliches Frühstück. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war so herzig. Man fühlt sich dort einfach willkommen.
