We had a terrible stay and I’m still trying to get my money back for our stay and they keep giving me the run around. I normally have a good experience but this stay was nothing but bad no hot water in the shower in the morning, noises all night we did not sleep, and when my husband spoke to the manager she seemed surprised we felt we should be reimbursed.

That I am receiving a refund.

staff were friendly and helpful

room was very rough, stains on walls, and stained bedsheets. mould around windows and wet musty bathroom. back doors to parking lot were ajar/unlocked. woke to loud banging on our door at 2am. Breakfast could have been ok - but it was greasy and packaged - teenager wouldnt even eat it. I ate only a yogurt cup as everything else looked terrible. definitely made the wrong choice, hotel was same proice as others. definitely wont stay again.
