The king bed was a bit too big for the room we had.

Let's talk about the breakfast. No eggs just bacon and sausages. Lumpy at that . No waffles. The kitchen lady you felt monitored as she watched your every move. Space awareness not at all. The room was gross. Beds uncomfortable and their were hairs in the bathtub. The floor carpet eeww. Kept shoes on entire time . Very noisy as put next to adjoining room was told was quiet, neighbor left with very noisy car at 4am . For the price veryyyyy disappointed never go again

I have to take a shower with a cup of water

To expensive $450 for not shower system. Emergency exit signs are fire hazards electrical issues. I came to late to check in and I'm inspecting that everything are working properly but next day I have to left and came back late and tired. We not getting any discounts to compensate us

Let me start by saying we booked this hotel as a hockey team group. Rate was just over 200 per night, I'm seeing now that average rate is more like 80-130 which makes way more sense. But we got ripped off paying what we paid for this place. The smells. Oh the smells. Walk into each room and you'll get a different mixture of must, cigarette smoke, weed, sometimes a complete mystery smell. The pool area has tiles coming up, not just a safety concern for tripping but also with a new type of mould I haven't seen before on the bottom of them. The drains have dirt and hair on them. The room is small, decently clean but old carpets you know have seen too much. Bed is soft, not horrible, but not good. Not a full duvet but a sheet and then an uncovered duvet and another sheet layered? No water pressure in shower whatsoever. Hallways are weird. Staff are nice. Would not return.

Should be support bars in the showers.

Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Liked having a coffee maker, a fridge and a microwave in the room, Good breakfast. Close to restaurants and major groceries.
