"Vey clean and comfortable. Staff Helpful."

The room they 1st gave us was large , very clean, But the room smelled like curry cooking. We came back three hours later and smell was still there. We asked for another room. again not the best. Third time the room was perfect on 1st floor. staff was very helpful.

Location and parking was convenient.

The breakfast was awful. Very few appealing options. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The room was dingy and dark. The bathroom supplies like soap and body wash were subpar.

I will never stay with Quality Inn. The person at the front desk charged my card $186.00 then upon arriving at their Hotel at 23:30, he cancelled my confirmed reservation, leaving me and my three children stranded in a City that is extremely dangerous at night.
