"The Quality Inn lost its Quality"

Friendly staff

The rooms need maintenance. Curtains falling off the wall, wall paper pealing water damage on the ceiling and along the window. Room decor was dated with dirty carpet in the rooms. The bathroom tiles need to be resealed and cocking removed as it’s moldy. Walls and windows need to washed as they were dirty. There was actually face/lip prints all over the windows from previous stays.

"Quiet, good breakfast. Clean but some of the chairs in the room are severely stained."

Great breakfast included.

Front desk locked door at 11pm. Not sure how I would have checked in if I was later than 11pm since you needed a room key to enter the property. No external call button mounted by the entrance to accommodate later check in.
