"Very Good"

Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I liked having a door to my room to the outside so I could start my car in the morning.

There was a hockey tournament attending on the Thursday night I was there. I had to deal with extreme noise for 4 hours, until I complained to the front desk at 10:30 PM while trying to get to bed ahead of my work day. I thought it was a little unreasonable to have to enforce noise myself past 10 PM. I also had two conditioner bottles in the shower, no shampoo.

"Disgusted"

I was displaced from my home while the insurance company repaired mould damage. I booked this hotel online when I arrived and showed that I was a local resident. They refused my booking, saying that they were not giving rooms to locals. I was shocked and disgusted that they were not allowing me entry. I will never stay at a comfort Inn again or any of their affiliates.

"Discouraging and disheartening that they are allowed to do this to good people"

Good location

I had prepaid for two weeks on an insurance claim for my Children due to our home being deemed unliveable and it wasn’t until we arrived at the hotel to check in the evening of that we were told they do not accept local bookings, even though we were a special circumstance due to having no home at the time, and they would not make an exception or work with us at all, leaving us scrambling to find another place to stay for the evening at 8pm at night. We could not find anything in the area and were without a place that evening. Then I had to contact booking.com to process for our money back and everything became more of a struggle because I needed the money in order to be able to book at another hotel and had to wait for it to be refunded days later. Another hotel took compassion and accommodated me the next day and ongoing with special rate reduction and great customer service.
